Hotel & Hospitality Linen Rental in NYC & Connecticut

Housekeeping Linens

The backbone of any hotel operation. We supply and launder:

• Bed sheets & pillowcases — available in percale and sateen weaves, sourced from Italian cotton mills for consistent hand-feel across your entire inventory. Thread counts range from 200 to 400 depending on your property’s positioning.
• Duvet covers & shams — matched sets so housekeeping can turn rooms faster without sorting mismatched pieces.
• Bath towels, hand towels & washcloths — commercial-weight terry that holds its loft through repeated industrial laundering, graded by GSM (grams per square meter) to match your guest experience tier.
• Bath mats — slip-resistant backing, inspected at intake and replaced at first sign of fraying.
• Robes — available in terry and waffle weave for spa-adjacent properties or upscale boutique rooms.

All housekeeping linen is sorted, inspected, and folded to a consistent standard before delivery. Pieces that fail inspection — stains, tears, thinning fabric — are pulled from rotation automatically. Your housekeepers receive only items that are ready to place.

Pool & Spa Towels

Pool towels absorb more abuse than any other linen category: chlorine, sunscreen, heavy daily use. Standard hospitality towels degrade quickly under pool conditions. Our pool towels are made from ring-spun cotton with a tight loop structure that resists chlorine degradation and recovers bulk through repeated high-temperature washing.

• Color-coded inventory available to separate pool stock from room stock — eliminates cross-contamination of supply chains and simplifies housekeeping workflow.
• Par-level management: we track your weekly consumption and adjust delivery volume before seasonal peaks, so you are never short on a July Saturday.
• Spa-grade options for properties with fitness centers, steam rooms, or treatment areas requiring oversized or premium-weight formats.

Event & Banquet Linens

Hotels with event space carry a linen challenge that restaurants do not: volume spikes. A property that runs 50 rooms on a Tuesday might need 200 sets of banquet linen for a Saturday wedding. Owning that inventory means storage costs, capital tied up in fabric, and housekeeping staff pressed into linen management during peak occupancy.

Our event linen program provides:

• Round and rectangular tablecloths in standard banquet dimensions (60″ round, 90″×132″, 60″×120″), with custom sizing available on standing orders.
• Napkins — white, ivory, and color options for properties that want to match event décor without owning a full color inventory.
• Overlay linens & runners for properties offering styled event packages.
• Chair covers & sashes on request.

Event linen deliveries are scheduled in advance around your event calendar. If your booking patterns shift, we adjust — no penalty fees for volume changes within agreed parameters.

Hotel linens are classified as a hygiene-critical category by public health authorities. The CDC and OSHA both publish guidelines covering the handling of soiled linens in commercial lodging environments, particularly around bloodborne pathogen exposure prevention and the separation of contaminated items from clean inventory in transit and storage.

Our laundering process meets or exceeds these standards at every step:

• Temperature: wash cycles run at a minimum of 160°F (71°C), consistent with CDC guidelines for inactivating common pathogens in commercial linen. This is not achievable with on-premises guest laundry machines or most commercial washer-extractors at the property level.
• EPA-registered disinfectants: we use commercial detergents and sanitizers registered with the EPA for use in healthcare-adjacent laundry environments. Product data sheets are available on request.
• Soil separation: soiled and clean linens are transported in separate, sealed bags on separate sections of the delivery vehicle. Cross-contamination between dirty pickups and clean deliveries is structurally impossible under our route protocol.
• Facility compliance: our processing facility is subject to state inspection and maintains compliance documentation. Properties requiring vendor compliance certificates for their own health department audits can request these documents through their account manager.

For properties operating under brand standards or franchise agreements that specify linen hygiene protocols, we can provide documentation to support your internal compliance review before onboarding.

Italian Cotton — A Product Difference You Can Feel

Most commercial linen suppliers source from commodity mills optimizing for cost. We source a significant portion of our housekeeping inventory from Italian cotton, which is processed using longer-staple fibers and traditional combing techniques that produce a smoother, more durable yarn. The practical result: sheets that feel better on check-in day and maintain that feel through 200 wash cycles instead of 50. For a boutique hotel competing on experience rather than price, that product difference is a direct guest satisfaction input.

No Inventory Capital Required

A 60-room boutique hotel needs approximately 4–6 par levels of bed linen to operate without laundering delays — that is roughly 360–540 sheet sets before you count pillowcases, duvet covers, and towels. At current wholesale prices, that represents $15,000–$40,000 in linen capital before operations begin, plus storage space and ongoing replacement. Our rental model eliminates that capital requirement entirely. You pay for what you use, and we carry the inventory risk.

Local Routes, Local Knowledge

We run routes through Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island, and Connecticut (Stamford, Greenwich, Bridgeport, and surrounding areas). Our drivers know the loading dock schedules, the traffic patterns, and the building access requirements for properties in each market. That local operational knowledge is not something a national provider acquires from a central dispatch system.

Flexibility for Boutique Properties

National linen providers are built for national accounts. Minimum order thresholds, standardized product catalogs, and rigid contract terms work for a 500-room airport hotel. They do not work for a 25-room boutique property in Brooklyn with a custom aesthetic and variable occupancy. Our minimums, product selection, and contract terms are designed for operators at the boutique and mid-scale level — properties that need a vendor that can adapt, not one that processes them as a rounding error on a national account.

Whether you are replacing an existing vendor, launching a new property, or evaluating your linen costs for the first time, the process starts with a conversation. Tell us your room count, linen categories, and delivery location — we will come back with a specific quote, not a range.
